Yannis Blog Post 3/14/23

Today in class we went on newsela and read about how hitting "snooze" can boost morning cognition, study hints. I can relate to this topic a lot. When you have an alarm set up for the morning you should always get out of bed when you here it go off. Oftenly people including me press snooze for that extra 5 to 10 more minutes of rest. But what you are really doing to yourself in making yourself more tired. So when you wake up you feel more drowsiness. What you can do to prevent this is going to sleep more early or putting your alarm far away from where you are sleeping so you have to get up to turn it off.
